Fenris Digital launches new service its founder believes has ‘legs’ beyond insurance

Glen Allen insurance data company Fenris Digital has rolled out a new service that alerts insurance companies of potential life events of policyholders in real time, giving them information about when to offer a new policy or product.

Founder and CEO Jennifer Linton said the company’s new Life Event Monitoring Alert (LEMA) service brings together disparate pieces of external data and then creates insights for insurance companies that lets them know in real time what is happening on the ground with their customers. That then allows them to tailor and offer the right products at the right time. Linton said LEMA, as a first-of-its-kind automated alerting system, integrates well into customer relationship management and marketing systems.
