Manpreet Singh is an entrepreneur, founder and investor who directs investments into venture capital, private equity and real estate. Throughout his long career, he’s founded multiple companies — starting as teenager.
That first company, which he founded with his brother, was a social network focused on the South Asian community called Desi Vibes Inc. Later, he co-founded TalkLocal LLC, a search engine that connects customers with professional services.
Now, the Silver Spring native leads investments for another company he founded in 2018, Singh Capital Partners.
Over the past decade, he’s invested in companies like Uber, Spotify, Impossible Foods, Postmates and Robinhood. Singh Capital Partners manages investments for more than a dozen families and has hundreds of limited partnerships with which it’s co-invested.
