Anantara Tozeur Resort

Tozeur, Tunisia

An iconic backdrop from “Raiders of the Lost Ark” and the original “Star Wars” franchise, Tozeur’s striking desert landscapes in southwest Tunisia have long lured adventure-seekers. In 2018, the luxury hotel brand Anantara will debut the Anantara Tozeur Resort, featuring 93 guest rooms, villas and pool villas, along with a high-end spa with six treatment rooms, a steam room and sauna, along with six dining venues and bars. The resort will also feature swimming pools and a souk.

The Celino South Beach

Miami Beach, Florida

Located on legendary Ocean Drive, this boutique beachfront property aims to blend Miami Beach’s contemporary, cosmopolitan style with classic undertones from 1940s Miami. The boutique 132-room property (including 12 balcony suites) is slated to open in winter 2018 and will reflect Miami Beach‘s glitz and glamour with stylish spaces, including a rooftop glass-bottom pool overlooking the ocean, a rooftop sundeck, a pool, three restaurants and two bars. The property will also feature a 24-hour fitness facility, bikes available for rental and en suite spa services.

Origin Hotel Lexington

Lexington, Kentucky

When you think of Lexington, Southern hospitality, racehorses and top-tier bourbon may come to mind. At Origin Hotel, which is scheduled to open in winter 2018, you can enjoy genteel charm and an ideal location on the grounds of the Summit at Fritz Farm. The property will feature 120 loft-style rooms within walking distance of top shops, the newly opened Honeywood Restaurant and the region’s first artisanal food hall, The Barn. Other standout amenities will include an on-site gym and a bike-sharing service.

Miraval Austin

Austin, Texas

The first Miraval spa resort to open outside of the brand’s flagship location in Tucson, Arizona (and the first outpost to open following Hyatt’s acquisition of the Miraval Group last year), Miraval Austin will stretch across 220 acres and include 170 rooms. The property is slated to open in fall 2018 and will include wellness-centered amenities, a wide array of recreational activities and an equestrian center. Even better, the property will embrace its picturesque setting in the Texas Hill Country, nestled among rolling hills and ancient live oaks, offering a tranquil getaway for serenity seekers.

Hotel Revival

Baltimore

Opening in the heart of Baltimore‘s Mount Vernon neighborhood in spring 2018, Hotel Revival will be housed in a historic building dating back to 1929. The boutique hotel will feature Square Meal, a ground-floor restaurant serving seasonal American fare, a lobby lounge and Topside, a rooftop restaurant and bar dishing out seafood-centric Chesapeake Bay specialties paired with sweeping city views. As an added bonus, the property will feature an enclosed rooftop garden bar, as well as three private karaoke rooms.

Como Uma Canggu

Canggu, Bali

This luxurious retreat along Bali‘s southern coast will open in early February. The beachfront property will showcase Japanese accents and offer a prime location along black volcanic sands that’s ideal for sun-seekers and surfers. The property’s restaurants will rely on locally sourced ingredients from across the island and will include the Como Beach Club, an upscale surf shack-inspired venue and a juice bar with fresh cold-pressed smoothies and nutritious snacks. Even better, the hotel’s 52 rooms and suites will feature 48-inch flat-screen TVs, yoga mats, Nespresso coffee machines and beds topped with white Egyptian cotton linens.

The Fairlane Hotel

Nashville, Tennessee

Set in the heart of Nashville on Broadway, this 81-room boutique hotel will feature a retro ’60s- and ’70s-inspired style. The lobby will house an outpost of NYC’s popular Mile End Deli and Union Teller Coffee Counter with Stumptown Coffee and snacks.
