7 Companies That People Are Boycotting Because of the Trump Family

These companies do business with the Trumps.

A brand and digital strategist co-created the hashtag #GrabYourWallet, pointing to businesses involved with President-elect Donald Trump or Ivanka Trump so consumers could boycott them, reports the Huffington Post. Now, consumers can look at a spreadsheet riddled with businesses the Trumps are involved with. Here’s a look at some of these businesses and their ties to the Trumps.

Amazon.com (ticker: AMZN)

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Donald Trump haven’t exactly seen eye to eye regarding Bezos-owned newspaper The Washington Post, but Ivanka and Donald Trump do business with the retail juggernaut, where they sell shoes and clothing. Bezos also tweeted support for the president-elect: “Congratulations to @realDonaldTrump. I for one give him my most open mind and wish him great success in his service to the country.”

Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY)

Bed Bath & Beyond features an Ivanka Trump line of diaper bags, the Soho Solutions diaper bags that come in Night Garden Print, Dahlia Print, black and navy. Each bag retails for $199.99 on Bed Bath & Beyond’s website. Each bag is an homage to the Soho neighborhood in New York, featuring “a sophisticated, urban look that disguises its practical, hard-working nature and unparalleled style.”

DSW (DSW)

DSW carries an Ivanka Trump line of shoes according to the spreadsheet, though a search for Ivanka Trump’s name on its website also features ruanas and purses. The shoes range from $19.94 to $129.95.

Jet.com

Jet.com, an e-commerce company recently acquired by Wal-Mart Stores (WMT), does business with both Ivanka and Donald Trump. The products include shoes (like strappy dress sandals and a variety of heels) and fragrance (Ivanka Trump Eau de Parfum).

Macy’s (M)

Macy’s does business with Ivanka Trump, despite making a larger point to not sell Donald Trump-branded clothing. In 2015, the retailer chose to stop selling Trump-branded clothing after Donald Trump called Mexicans and other immigrants “killers and rapists.” “We made our decision about a year and a half ago, and stand by our decision,” CEO Terry Lundgren told TheStreet after the election. “As I have said, we wouldn’t carry product from a political candidate — and now a politician — whether they be Republican or Democrat. If Hillary Clinton had a line of women’s suits or handbags I wouldn’t carry those either.”

TJ Maxx & Marshalls (TJX)

TJ Maxx carries an Ivanka Trump line of accessories, while Marshalls has her clothing and shoes. Both retailers are owned by TJX Co.

Dillard’s (DDS)

Department store Dillard’s features Ivanka Trump clothing and accessories. These accessories include business portfolios and tech clutches, while there’s a seemingly endless bounty of clothing. The clothing includes jackets, dresses, pants and more.
