Medical Schools Where Applicants Have Near-Perfect MCAT Scores

An MCAT score can be the deal breaker when it comes to getting into medical school. Before the exam was revamped in April, a 45 was the highest score someone could receive. And applicants at some schools came much closer to achieving that score than others.

These institutions had the highest median MCAT scores among students who started school in the fall of 2014.
