Our short, national nightmare is over: Starbucks is bringing back its Eggnog Latte.
It took a barrage of angry customer phone calls, letters and social media ranting, but the coffee giant has rescinded its plans to discontinue the seasonal drink, which has been around since 1986.
A Starbucks spokeswoman tells USA Today the company made a mistake and “We are very sorry.”
Look for the drink to make its triumphant return in all stores the week of Nov. 17.
