WASHINGTON — Tired of friends on Facebook who overshare and fill your
timeline with endless posts?
There’s now an easy way to unfollow them without
“unfriending” them.
Facebook has launched more ways to control what you see in your news feed. A
product manager at Facebook demonstrated how to set it up in a video:
Users who unfollow a person or a story can decide to follow those users again
at any time.
The news feed-settings tool will also show Facebook users the friends and
pages
that take up the most space in your news feed.
Also, Techcrunch.com reports on how to use a small, gray arrow in the
top corner of the
Facebook page that allows users
to unfollow friends.
