FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — Authorities are investigating the death of a Frederick man whose body was found in the backseat of a couple’s car.
Frederick County sheriff’s deputies say a woman found the body of 50-year-old Curtis Alan Strange in the back seat of her car Wednesday just after she began driving and noticed items in the front seat of the car that didn’t belong there.
Police say Strange was not related to the woman or her husband.
Deputies tell The Frederick News-Post (http://bit.ly/1Ayez2o ) that Strange’s body showed no signs of trauma and investigators don’t suspect foul play.
The sheriff’s office says one witness reported seeing Strange buying alcohol and staggering toward the street where the couple’s car had been parked Tuesday night. An autopsy is being conducted to determine how Strange died.
