Charlottesville hospital names new president

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — A Texas hospital executive has been named president of Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville.

Martha Jefferson announced Jonathan Davis’ appointment on Tuesday in a news release. Davis currently serves as president of Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas.

Davis’ appointment will be effective in mid-January. He will succeed Jim Haden, who is retiring.
