Bell needs 41 yards from scrimmage to pass Jerome Bettis (610) for most by a Steelers player in first five games of a season. … Jaguars will be without WRs Cecil Shorts III and Marqise Lee because of hamstring injuries. Without them, second-year pro Ace Sanders will be thrust into action after missing first four games while suspended for violating NFL’s substance-abuse policy. … Jaguars also will be without starting CB Dwayne Gratz (concussion), leaving Demetrius McCray to make second career start. … Jaguars started season-high five rookies last week — all on offense: QB Blake Bortles, WR Allen Robinson, WR Allen Hurns, RG Brandon Linder and C Luke Bowanko. All five are expected to get nod against Pittsburgh, too. … Jaguars rank last in defense, giving up 451 yards and 38 points a game. Coach Gus Bradley benched S Winston Guy and LB LaRoy Reynolds last week in hopes of improving the unit, but neither move paid noticeable dividends.
