Pouncey to start at guard for 1st time for Miami

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey is starting at guard for the first time in his NFL career as he returns from an offseason injury for the Miami Dolphins’ game against Green Bay.

Pouncey missed the first four games after undergoing hip surgery. The Dolphins moved him to guard for Sunday’s game because Samson Satele played well as his replacement at center.

Defensive end Datone Jones (ankle), receiver Jarrett Boykin (groin) and linebacker Sam Barrington (hamstring) are inactive for Green Bay.

Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno is active after recovering from an elbow injury. Reshad Jones, coming off a four-game suspension, was to start at safety for Miami.

Pouncey replaced Shelley Smith (knee). He and Dolphins receiver Brandon Gibson (hamstring) are inactive.
