DEER PARK, Md. (AP) — A Maryland woman was arrested after police say a couple chased her following a car crash, and her blood-alcohol level was more than four times the legal limit.
Maryland State Police say in a press release that 27-year-old Lindsey Taylor Osborne of Deer Park was arrested Sunday on charges of drunken driving and leaving an accident scene. It’s unclear if she has an attorney.
Police say the couple was driving when another car turned in front of them, and they collided.
The couple followed the car several miles, flashing their headlights and honking their horn, and took down the license plate number. Police tracked Osborne down at home a half-hour later.
Police say she admitted to being drunk and apologized for hitting “those people.” Investigators say her blood-alcohol level was 0.33.
