BOSTON (AP) — Boston Bruins players wore costumes from the movie “Frozen” during their annual visit to Boston Children’s Hospital.
Some of them even sang “Let It Go,” the big hit from the animated film.
“I’ve heard the song a lot of times, especially with my niece singing,” defenseman Torey Krug said during Monday’s visit.
Krug, who dressed up as Olaf The Snowman, and Matt Bartkowski, in a Sven the Reindeer costume, sang the tune.
Other Bruins who attended were Kevan Miller as Kristoff, Matt Fraser as Anna, Seth Griffith as Hans and Dougie Hamilton as Elsa, the Snow Queen.
They gave young patients gifts and signed autographs.
“Just here to put smiles on their faces,” Krug said. The movie “makes them happy, so that’s the most important thing.”
