WASHINGTON (AP) — District of Columbia police are investigating the second fatal stabbing in less than a month in the same neighborhood.
Police say a man was found stabbed around 7 p.m. Wednesday night in the District’s Columbia Heights neighborhood. Though the man was breathing when police arrived, he was unconscious and died soon after.
The killing happened less than a half- mile from another recent fatal stabbing. On Oct. 3, 35-year-old Kenneth Young was fatally stabbed in the chest.
No arrest has been made in either death, and police did not immediately identify Wednesday’s victim.
