Fla. man charged with abusing 4 girls in Stafford Co.

WASHINGTON – A Florida man faces dozens of charges for sexually assaulting four girls while he lived in Stafford County in the 1990s.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office says that a local grand jury indicted Thomas F. Villacres, 53, of Rockledge, Florida, on 48 counts of aggravated sexual battery, 48 counts of indecent liberties with a minor while in a supervisory role and 15 counts of object penetration.

Villacres was arrested Monday night by sheriff’s officers in Florida. He remains in jail awaiting extradition to Virginia.
