Geller says a southbound car ran off the left side of the interstate and its driver overcorrected. The car then slid sideways and hit the tractor-trailer’s rear.
The car’s driver and two passengers were killed. A third passenger suffered serious injuries and was taken to Bristol Regional Medical Center.
The victims’ names haven’t been released.
