WASHINGTON –Maryland State Police, on behalf of the Anne Arundel County Police Department, has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing 83-year-old Black male.
Eugene Ballard who was last seen on Friday at 10:45 a.m. near the 8200 Block of Great Bend Road, Glen Burnie, in Anne Arundel County, Md., was located after a Silver Alert was activated Friday night. Police said he was unharmed, but did not provide additional details.
