WASHINGTON — Evidently, potholes are good for more than just destroying car tires.
They are works of art. Well, at least Claudia Ficca and Davide Luciano think so. Via Mashable, the pair went to famous cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Toronto then turned their potholes into canvases for art.
