Bradley CARE Drugs In Bradley Shopping CenterBradley Drugs, at 6900 Arlington Road, was broken into between Saturday night and Sunday morning, the fourth in a string of burglaries of pharmacies in the Bethesda area.

Workers at Bradley Drugs, in the Bradley Shopping Center, discovered glass on the front door was broken at about 8:15 a.m. Sunday, according to Montgomery County Police Department spokesman, Officer Bob Ladany.

The suspect made entry, but the police won’t release what, if anything, the suspect stole from the store while the investigation is ongoing.

The burglary was the fourth of a pharmacy in the past few weeks in the area, Ladany said. According to police, Knowles Apothecary in Kensington was the victim of an attempted break-in late at night Oct. 28; a Brookville Pharmacy in Chevy Chase was broken into Nov. 3 at about 6:30 a.m.; and Knowles was successfully burglarized Nov. 6 at about 11:30 p.m.

Ladany couldn’t say what about the burglaries made investigators believe they were committed as part of one crime spree, but he said one detective is working all four cases.
