WASHINGTON – Fairfax County police are investigating a series of indecent exposure incidents.
An unidentified man exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday in Culmore but did not approach the girl. Police have determined that similar incidents also occurred on June 7 and 14.
The man is described as Hispanic between the ages of 30 and 40 years old, about 5-foot-6 with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black hat, shirt and pants with tan boots.
