WASHINGTON – The Howard County police say Defronzo “was found in good condition in a traffic stop in Anne Arundel County.”

WASHINGTON – The Howard County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a critical missing person.
Barbara Higgins Defronzo, 84, is described as white; 4 feet, 11 inches tall; 130 pounds; with gray hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen in Columbia, and could be in a tan Chevrolet Cavalier with Maryland license plate PXB-650.
