WASHINGTON – D.C. police are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl.
The girl was last seen near 16th Street in Northeast. She’s described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 135 pounds and is African-American. Her hair is black and she has red braids.
She was wearing a blue polo shirt, tan pants and black Ugg brand boots.
