WASHINGTON – A 32-year-old man was killed Friday morning in the 6000 block of Hydrangea Drive in Alexandria, Va.
According to police, the victim was struck with a blunt object by his roommate, who immediately fled the scene. The suspect was located by police helicopter, canine and civilian tips around 2:30 p.m., within five miles of the homicide.
Fairfax County police arrested the victim’s 34-year-old roommate Eric C. Kweder and charged him with murder.
