UPDATE: The Silver Alert has been canceled.
WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 82-year-old man.
Police issued a Silver Alert about 9 p.m. Wednesday for Alfred Ellis Dennis, who was last seen about 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Capitol Heights area. He is believed to be driving a 2009 black Jeep Patriot SUV with Maryland license plate 40437CE.
Police say Dennis is 5-foot-9, weighs 150 pounds, has gray hair and a gray beard and brown eyes. He is described as a very light skinned, black man.
He was wearing a blue/gray jacket and blue jeans.
Anyone who has seen Dennis or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call Prince George’s police at 301-352-1200.
