Join the Lupus Foundation of America for the DC/MD/VA Chapter’s 4th Annual Gala and Auction on Saturday, December 8th at 11:30 am at the Park Hyatt Washington DC featuring cocktails, lunch, and silent and live auctions!

All proceeds from the Gala and Auction help to fund the Chapter’s innovative Patient Navigation Program established in 2009. This program is designed to break down the barriers that exist for lupus patients. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects an estimated 80,000 people in our region alone. The key to managing this incurable disease is early diagnosis, education and support for patients and their families.

Amidst a labyrinth of challenges in our health care system, the Patient Navigation Program provides free guidance, education, and one-on-one assistance for lupus patients and their families to help them live with this difficult and frequently life-altering disease.
