Lansdowne Resort has tapped former culinary director and chef for the Disney empire on both coasts Hans Rouillard as its new executive chef, Leesburg Today reported.
Rouillard has nearly 30 years in the hospitality industry including serving as an executive chef at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., and director of culinary operations for Disney Regional Entertainment in Los Angeles.
He also spent nearly a decade with Hyatt hotel properties in Arizona, Tennessee and Los Angeles.
