WASHINGTON – It’s never too late to celebrate the Fourth of July. At least not in Gaithersburg.
After canceling it’s July 4th celebration, the city of Gaithersburg has rescheduled its fireworks display for July 13.
“Finally, Fireworks!” is being billed as a midsummer celebration featuring live music, food and fireworks at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds.
Gates open at 5 p.m. and fireworks are scheduled for about 9:25 p.m.
In the event of rain, fireworks will be held Sunday, July 14.
