ARLINGTON, Va. – The annual Taste of Arlington will have a little extra bite this year to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the event.
More than 40 restaurants will offer food, and there will be free stuff for kids and even the family dog.
“[There will be] some community performers, and then we have some rock n’ roll and alternative rock to end the day,” says Tina Leone, executive director of Ballston Bid. “So we have little flavors for everybody.”
Admission to the event is free, but the taste booklets cost $30.
“In celebration of the 25th anniversary, we are giving all of the net proceeds of the event to Arlington charities,” Leone says.
The event starts at noon on Sunday in Ballston.
