WASHINGTON – For the third year in a row, Consumer Reports has ranked Wegmans as the best food store in the nation.
More than 24,000 people were asked to rate supermarkets in several categories including service, price labeling and food freshness.
Following closely behind were Trader Joe’s and Publix. Costco and Harris Teeter also made the top 10.
The lowest ranked stores were Shaw’s, Wal-Mart and Pathmark.
