WASHINGTON – Authorities say a teenage girl has been taken into custody in connection with a triple stabbing in Northeast.
D.C. police say three high school girls were stabbed on the 400 block of Rhode Island Avenue Northeast around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The victims contacted police and were taken to hospitals. None of the injuries appears to be life-threatening.
Police Wednesday night said they were looking for two suspects. The second is described as a black male wearing all black clothing and carrying a gun.
Police say the attacks stemmed from a fight that began at a McDonald’s restaurant.
The investigation is ongoing.
