- Bring a valid ID proving your Feb.29 birthday to any Sprinkles Cupcakes location, and you’ll get one dozen cupcakes for free.
- Bring that same ID to BlackFinn Bethesda Feb. 29, and make a purchase. Once you do, you’ll get a free $50 gift card to use between now and March 4.
