WASHINGTON — Maryland State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 81-year-old male.
Officials describe Roger Henry Mackubin as a white male 5-feet-6, weighing 150 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.
Mackubin was last seen in Towson Wednesday at 10 a.m. He drives a tan, 2004 Buick Park Avenue with Maryland license plates 32142CB.
