Moody’s 22 help Montana take down Idaho 80-57

MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — Aanen Moody scored 22 points as Montana beat Idaho 80-57 on Saturday night.

Moody also had three steals for the Grizzlies (20-10, 11-6 Big Sky Conference). Dischon Thomas scored 20 points while going 6 of 12 from the floor, including 2 for 5 from 3-point range, and 6 for 6 from the line, and added five rebounds. Te’Jon Sawyer had 14 points and was 4 of 8 shooting and 6 of 6 from the free-throw line.

EJ Neal led the Vandals (11-19, 5-12) in scoring, finishing with 15 points and three steals. Idaho also got 13 points and two steals from Quinn Denker. In addition, Terren Frank had six points and three steals.
