WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump taking to Twitter to slam his political rivals is nothing new — but his newest target has raised some eyebrows: Oprah.
The president, who had a fairly active weekend on social media, was apparently upset with a piece Oprah did on CBS’ “60 Minutes” Sunday night.
Just watched a very insecure Oprah Winfrey, who at one point I knew very well, interview a panel of people on 60 Minutes. The questions were biased and slanted, the facts incorrect. Hope Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others!

In the piece, Oprah followed up with 14 voters from Grand Rapids, Michigan about the first year of the Trump administration. The group was made up of seven people who voted for Trump and seven who did not.
Trump found the questions “biased and slanted,” and called Oprah insecure.
Trump added that he hoped “Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all the others,” apparently referencing rumors that Oprah might run for president in 2020. Oprah quashed that idea, telling InStyle magazine that she didn’t have “the DNA for it.”
You can watch the whole piece on “60 Minutes'” website.
