New trial date set for Bill Cosby

WASHINGTON — Bill Cosby’s retrial date has been set for later this year.

The trial date has been set for Nov. 6, 2017, the District Attorney Montgomery County in Pennsylvania tweeted Thursday.

Cosby was tried on charges stemming from an encounter with former Temple University worker Andrea Constand, who alleged that Cosby drugged and molested her in 2004. Last month, jurors in his sexual assault trial deadlocked and a judge declared a mistrial.
