A teenager told police she was sexually assaulted Friday night some time between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the 43400 block of Lees Mill Square. She was walking in the area when an unknown male grabbed her and sexually assaulted her, Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said in a Monday police report.

Following the assault, the suspect left the area on foot. The victim went home and told her family about it the next day. Loudoun County deputies spoke with the victim at the hospital Saturday.

The suspect was described as a tall Hispanic man around 18 years old. He had a short beard and a mustache, short curly hair with a small white patch of hair or bald spot on the back of his head, the victim told officials.

At the time of the incident, the suspect wore a black sweatshirt with the hood up and jeans with holes in them. Also, the suspect had a red and gold U.S. Marine Corp lanyard hanging from a pocket of his jeans, the victim said.

Anyone with any information about the incident or the identity of the suspect can contact Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 703-777-0475.
