WASHINGTON — Drivers in Loudoun County, Virginia, are being warned about possible traffic delays overnight on Route 15 as heavy equipment is brought into the area.
According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, there could be delays on Route 15 between the Prince William County Line and Masons Lane, south of the Town of Leesburg between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Signs have been placed in the area to let drivers know about the delays.
The equipment is being brought into the area for an energy facility being constructed in Leesburg, the Sheriff’s Office says.
Heavy equipment moves are also scheduled for Dec. 10, Dec. 15, Dec. 17 and Dec. 20, but all dates are subject to change.
