TONIGHT:

Winds: Northwest 5-15 mph
Partly to mostly cloudy and much cooler compared to recent nights. Temperatures are expected to stay above freezing.
MONDAY:

Winds: Northwest 10-20 mph
Cool sunshine is back in the forecast with temperatures around 10 degrees cooler than average. A freeze watch is in effect from late Monday night through Tuesday morning for parts of Maryland and Virginia, mainly northwest of Interstate 95. The watch does not include Washington, Arlington, Alexandria, or southern Maryland. Lows could dip to 29 to 32 degrees, which may damage sensitive plants, crops, and unprotected outdoor plumbing. With spring growth already running ahead of schedule, this late freeze could pack a bigger punch.

Partly cloudy with a chance for afternoon showers.
THURSDAY:
Sunny
