WASHINGTON — Did you spot the Washington Nationals’ Max Scherzer and Ryan Zimmerman in the crowd at Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final? They might have blended in with their Caps jerseys, helmets and sticks in tow.
Looks like these players swapped one red jersey for another — at least for a night.
A Caps fan, standing beside the baseball players in the crowd, snagged a photo with the pair, tweeting, “Max and Ryan are so pumped.”

The Washington Capitals also shared a video on social media of the two Nats players cheering on the home team.

But not all Nats players were “pumped.”
Nats’ Bryce Harper, a Vegas native in a Golden Knights jersey, was caught at Game 4 looking a little displeased.

With T.J. Oshie and Matt Niskanen taking the Metro to the Capitol One Arena, and now Nats players rocking the Caps’ red in the crowd, who knows what Game 5 will have in store!
