WASHINGTON — There’s good news for burrito-lovers — you can have Chipotle delivered to your doorstep. But it will put a burrito-sized dent in your wallet.
The restaurant chain said it has signed a deal with delivery startup Postmates, Business Insider reports. The company will begin delivering Chipotle in the 67 markets where it operates — which include D.C.; Arlington, Virginia, and Bethesda, Maryland, according to its website.
However, Jason Del Ray, of Re/code, says that delivery is a bit expensive.
“I just tried to order an $8 Chipotle burrito from Postmates and was told it would cost $20 with delivery and service fees,” Del Ray writes.
