WASHINGTON — Four teenagers have been charged in connection with burning 11 vehicles in Fairfax County, Virginia.
The fires occurred July 3, 15 and 18, causing more than $120,000 in damages, investigators say.
According to a press release, three vehicle fires occurred on Chasewood Circle at Hart Forest Drive, two on Laurel Rock Court, one on Rockland Drive, one on Rock Lawn Drive, one on Stonefield Lane, two on Quigg Street, and one on Mount Olive Road.
The young men, ages 16 and 17, are from the Clifton/Centreville area. The teens were initially held in the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center. They’re now with their parents.
