WASHINGTON — Police in D.C. are seeking the public’s help in identifying the man involved in a misdemeanor sex abuse incident caught on surveillance tape.
The incident happened around 8 a.m. on June 13 in the 1100 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Northwest D.C.
The man was captured holding a cellphone as he walked closely behind a woman who was wearing a dress. In the video, though the incident is out of frame as he approached her, the man appears to lower the phone and reach toward her.
