Named after its primary tenant, the Corporate Executive Board, the spectacle is on the 31st floor of the tallest building inside the Beltway and has 360-degree views of D.C., Maryland and Virginia from its floor to ceiling windows.
There is also an outdoor terrace and a cafe for visitors.
Adult tickets for the tower are $21 when purchased online and $22 on-site. There are discounts for youth, students, military and seniors.
