WASHINGTON — Police are investigating a homicide that occurred Saturday evening in Northeast D.C.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of 19th Street Northeast at around 5 p.m. and found Tamiya White, 38, of Northeast, suffering from a stab wound.
White was transported to a hospital but was later pronounced dead.
This is an ongoing investigation.
