WASHINGTON — Police in D.C. are asking for help identifying and finding a person of interest in connection to a first degree sexual abuse.
According to police, the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 27 in the area of the 900 block of 14th Street, Northwest, near I Street, Northwest.
The person of interest can be seen in video released by the Metropolitan Police Department.
