WASHINGTON — A ride-sharing service is offering a discount for its D.C.-area customers on weekdays — but the deal may not last long.
Lyft is offering 50 percent off rides every weekday for a limited time, the ride-sharing service announced Monday. It did not say how long the promotion would continue.
“Your $12 movie night ride. Now $6. Your $30 ride to the airport. Now $15,” Lyft says in a release.
The promotion is only valid for rides within the D.C. coverage area. There is a maximum of $25 off per ride, Lyft says.
