Police seek persons of interest in McFadden’s stabbing

WASHINGTON – D.C. police have identified two men they believe were involved in a bar stabbing that injured five people last week.

Investigators are calling the two men persons of interest and are asking for help locating the unnamed men.

The first man is believed to be 28 years old, stands 5-foot-11, has a slim build, medium complexion and wears a goatee. He was wearing a mid-length coat with a belt plus a hood or hat.

The second man is between 25 and 30 years old and stands between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10. He has a medium build and a medium complexion. He was wearing a white shirt and dark jacket with a faux fur collar and trim plus light colored jeans.

Five people were stabbed inside McFadden’s, in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue NW, in the early morning hours of Dec. 27. All five were expected to survive. The District’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Board revoked the popular bar’s liquor license several days later.
