WASHINGTON — If you’re one of many traveling on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway Tuesday — or any other day, for that matter — you could be in for a bumpy ride.

Major potholes have opened up, primarily on the left side of the Southbound lanes between MD-32 and MD-198.

The WTOP Traffic Center has gotten a number of reports of flat tires and broken down cars because of the new craters.

There is no word yet on when the potholes will be patched up.
