WASHINGTON — U.S. News & World Report’s 2018 Best Graduate Schools list ranks Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business No. 21 on its list of the Best Full-Time MBA programs, tied with Indiana University and Washington University in St. Louis.
U.S. News says the average starting salary and bonus for a Georgetown MBA graduate is $124,417, with 69.1 percent of its graduates employed at graduation and 90.3 percent employed within three months.
The University of Maryland College Park’s MBA program also makes the top 50, at No. 47.
Harvard and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania tied for No. 1 on this year’s list, followed by The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Stanford University, the Sloan School of Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University tie at No. 4.
The annual U.S. News rankings also ranked law schools. While Yale Law School and Stanford Law School remain No. 1 and No. 2, Georgetown University ranks No. 1 for the best part-time law program.
