WASHINGTON — Police have given the all-clear at Towson University after fearing a possible gunman was on the school’s campus Monday night.
Police say they got a call there was an armed person inside the Baltimore County university’s Albert S. Cook Library — however they say that investigation is over as of 7:55 p.m. and no incidents occurred.
Police say they do not believe the threat was in connection with the riots going on in Baltimore tonight.
The library — which was on lockdown at about 7 p.m. — has reopened.
